We’re passionate about supporting you on your postpartum journey.

Meet Cierra

MS, EdS, IBCLC

Hello After Birth Family! After having my daughter Zoey, I experienced postpartum depression + anxiety and had difficulty breastfeeding. I was so unsure of myself as a new mom and didn't know who to ask for help. These experiences led me to seek out how I could become the professional support I wish I would have had during my postpartum journey. I completed the Human Lactation Program at North Carolina A&T University & am now able to marry my counseling background, lactation expertise, and personal experiences to join alongside you and your family in reaching your feeding goals and building up your confidence as a new parent. I can't wait to work with you!

Meet LaQueta MS, EdS, LCMHC

I’m the proud mother of a 3 year old boy, Carter! I have been practicing as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor for 5 years. While I have experience working with clients who are 16 years old and up, I also specialize in supporting families dealing with perinatal mental health concerns. My approach to therapy is a combination of humanistic and behavioral counseling.

Meet Tiffanie

My name is Tiffanie Cotten and I’m the mother of three young vibrant boys - Darius, Bryson, and Cameron. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked in the mental health field for eighteen years. I received my undergraduate degree from Livingstone College and my Masters in Social Work from Fayetteville State University. I have a certification in Human Lactation from North Carolina A&T (Aggie Pride!). I am also specially trained in Perinatal Mood Disorders. Some of the things I enjoy are dancing, listening to music, and spending time with my family.

My passion is working with individuals who are struggling to get back on the right track. My job is to uplift, teach, and encourage individuals to get back on their course. I’m excited to meet with you and assist you through this thing called LIFE.
